Course Maps – March

Please make sure you are familiar with the courses before event day so you know how many laps you need to do and how to get in and out of transition. There will be marshals at the turnarounds - we have multiple turnaround points for this event so it's up to you to know your course!

Short Triathlon:
Swim - one small lap (250m).  The lap is triangular with a beach start.
Bike - one lap (6km) from Scorching Bay to just past the wharf at Seatoun and back.
Run - one short lap (2.5km) from Scorching Bay to the turnaround at Mahanga Bay and back.

Medium Triathlon:
Swim - one big lap + one small lap (750m). The laps are triangular with a beach start.
Bike - one lap (15km) from Scorching Bay to Moa Point and back. (The turnaround is outside the dog pound).
Run - one long lap (5km)  from Scorching Bay to the turnaround just past the lighthouse and back.

Long Triathlon:
Swim - three big laps (1500m). The laps are triangular with a beach start.
Bike - two laps (30km) from Scorching Bay to Moa Point and back, twice. (The turnaround is outside the dog pound).
Run - two long laps (10km)  from Scorching Bay to the turnaround just past the lighthouse and back, twice.
